Derek Voskuil and solving problems together

Derek Voskuil

Earlier this summer we introduced The Cook Values Audio Series to encourage and inspire more in-depth conversations about the Cook Group values. In each episode, we sit down with a member of leadership to learn more about a specific value and why it’s important to the organization. These episodes also include practical tips to help apply that value in our daily work and relationships with each other.

Episode 3

In episode three, Derek Voskuil, the vice president and general manager of Cook Inc. shares his thoughts on how we all become stronger and more efficient when we work together, as well as the importance of being open to new ideas and different perspectives.
