The Cook Podcast is your audio connection to our company, our culture, and to each other. Each episode will feature a wide variety of content, from people throughout Cook, that will inform, inspire, and entertain you.

Like many things during the COVID-19 pandemic, The Cook Podcast was put on hold for a few months. Interviews that were done a while ago had to wait even longer before they could see the light of day—including this one that Jon Hancuff did with Demetrios Halikiopoulos, who works at Cook Polymer Technology in Bloomington. Demetrios split his childhood between Greece and New Jersey. In both places the priorities were family and food. He went on to earn a business degree, run a Philly cheesesteak shop, then moved into sales, and finally the medical device industry. He and his wife moved to Indiana in 2016 to be closer to her family—and shortly after settling here, Demetrios began working at Cook. Give this episode a listen to hear his story.
