Meet Nicky James, Human Resources and Talent Development leader
You’ve heard it often – Cook wouldn’t be Cook without the people who work here. People are key to making the company what it is today and transforming us into the modern company that we will become. To help support all of you in your Cook pathway, Nicky James has taken a new leadership role in the area of Human Resources and Talent Development for Cook Group. She will support all Cook companies in her new role. Read the memo about HR structure changes, if you missed it in early June.
Nicky has been with Cook since 1998, when she started in sales management. Since then, she has led the Urology strategic business unit, the global sales team in Peripheral Intervention, and most recently the Aortic Intervention strategic business unit.
